About Stephen Hise
Stephen spent most of his career in the field of Emergency Medical Services and is one of the few people ever to serve successfully as a State EMS Director in two different states. After a couple decades working in state govenment, followed by another ten years of EMS consulting, Stephen has left regulations and analyses behind and is now devoting himself to writing.
